We can’t believe we are already celebrating our first one-month anniversary since the launch of Certo!
It has been an amazing month filled with cheers of anticipation from our close supporters.
Below are a few of the most exciting developments that we have undertaken and the progress we made over the past month.
Technical
- We recently launched the protocol testnet, which is now ready for exploration by early stage stablecoin and DeFi enthusiasts. We are already proud to see hundreds of users tying it just within few days from its launch with some impressive volumes of test liquidity! ☝️ Give it a try yourself by following our Guide on how to deposit Test USDT to Certo Testnet.
- We work on enabling USDC deposits.
For the kickoff of the protocol launch, our users will only be able to deposit test USDT into the protocol and receive test stUSD as the receipt token. However, soon they will be able to work with USDC as well. This will allow to drastically increase the opportunities for our users to participate in the protocol, allow more liquidity to be provided for lending and open doors for future collaborations and strategic partnerships.
Media
- We reached a vast endorsement of our kickoff Medium blog post across social media.
- Certo’s take off press release was covered by CoinCodex, Bitcolumnist, Brave New Coin, Crypto Daily, and CoinMarketCap, and generated over 200,000 views.
- Certo’s blog post “Certo Test-net Goes Live” went live.
- Certo’s testnet press release also made its way onto over a dozen media outlets — including Hackernoon, Benzinga, BusinessInsider, Investing — was shared on social media and generated millions of views.
- In combination with our press releases, we have launched our Community Growth Program that has already brought in hundreds of participants! We are inviting everyone in the DeFi and P2P lending landscape to join our Galxe Space Certo Chronicles to help us grow the community and gain access to exclusive content and fun and educational activities!
The Month Ahead
First month has barely been a warmup and we have been cooking many exciting news and activities for Certo followers, such as:
- New Galxe Space Certo point campaigns where anyone can participate, learn more and help us spread the word about the project.
- Rollout of new testnet functionality on the road to mainnet.
